Our chairs are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects!
If any part of the chair fails due to manufacturing flaws such as but not limited to: termites, weak joints, cracking or splitting of the wood, please let us know and we will gladly ship you the new part free of charge.

We also guarantee against damage caused during shipping!
Because we ship with UPS, we have to put in a claim to receive compensation for this, these claims may take longer to process than a manufacturing defect.
When submitting a claim please include pictures of the chair and the damage so we can confirm what parts need to be replaced and the probable cause of the damage.
The more information we have the faster we are able to process your claim.
Fortunately our chairs are manufactured using the highest quality materials and in our 10 years of operations we have only had a handful of claims.
